Any Moskovian joined the firm as Senior Counsel in 2025. Immediately prior, she worked as defense counsel on high exposure matters at another defense firm, and prior to that, she was in-house counsel for multiple major insurance companies. Ms. Moskovian also previously worked as a supervising attorney at a business and real estate law firm, has experience in entertainment law, and has worked for state and federal judges. Ms. Moskovian’s professional experience is unique because it includes both transactional and litigation work, which gives her firsthand knowledge of how improper contractual language can lead to costly litigation. Her record of success on these complex cases has led her to develop a meticulous and systematic defense strategy.
In addition to her legal work, Ms. Moskovian also serves as President of the Board of the Glendale College Parent Education Association (GCPEA), and she is a founding member of the Center for Truth and Justice (CFTJ). She is also a national dance champion and a violinist. During her spare time, Ms. Moskovian and her husband love to go to the Los Angeles Zoo with their two children.
Ms. Moskovian earned her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles, with Latin and college honors, majoring in political science, and minoring in anthropology and human complex systems. Her J.D. is from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly known as the University of California, Hastings College of the Law), where she served as Executive Symposium Editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly and Technology Editor of the Hastings Business Law Journal. Both during and after law school, Ms. Moskovian had the privilege to work for distinguished judges and justices, including then-Chief Judge Alex Kozinski at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Justice Marvin Baxter at the Supreme Court of California, and Judges Dennis Landin and Monica Bachner at Los Angeles Superior Court.
